Our integrations team have completed work on a new payment gateway to integrate PaperCut MF and PaperCut NG with Haven Systems. This payment gateway is an on demand gateway which will connect directly to your Haven system when a user sends a prints job or starts a copy to check their balance and deduct the cost from the user’s Haven purse.
Like all on demand payment gateways the Haven payment gateway is easy to install, Requires no extra hardware and provides full transaction auditing for both end-users and administrators. The implementation also does not compromise or replace standard PaperCut features like free quotas or overdraft rules.
A popular choice amongst law firms is to use the Elite case management solution from Thomson Reuters. Elite is a premier provider of financial and practice management systems to the legal industry and to other professional services markets including accounting, marketing services and management & IT consulting.
We have developed an application to automatically synchronise Elite’s clients and matters with PaperCut’s Shared Accounts in order to make billing customers easier. We also have the ability to import the usage information from PaperCut into Elite so everything you need to bill your client is in one place.
Elite is a business management tool with many features and products and so far no two of our Elite integrations have been the same. This is a testament to the scope of Elite and the flexibility of our development team.
The selectec team have been hard at work and have developed a custom payment gateway that interfaces directly with WisePay. Compatible with both version of PaperCut (NG & MF), the selectec WisePay gateway is available to enable WisePay customers to further integrate their systems.
The system works by allowing users to add funds to their PaperCut account via WisePay. Users simply purchase PaperCut credit via the standard WisePay interface and their PaperCut balance is adjusted accordingly. To get up and running you will need the Printer Services module from WisePay.

We have developed an application that utilises ConnectWise’s API to import the usage information from PaperCut into ConnectWise so everything you need to bill your client is in one place.
The Artiion case management system from LexisNexis a leading global provider of content-enabled workflow solutions designed specifically for professionals in the legal, risk management, corporate, government, law enforcement, accounting, and academic markets.
We have developed an application to automatically synchronise Artiion’s clients and matters with PaperCut’s Shared Accounts in order to make billing customers easier. We also have the ability to import the usage information from PaperCut into Artiion so everything you need to bill your client is in one place.
We are proud to announce the Proclaim PaperCut Integration. The Proclaim system is in use by over 18,000 professionals in a vast range of sectors, Eclipse is the UK’s leading Case Management Software provider and we have developed an application to automatically synchronise Proclaims’ clients and matters with PaperCut’s Shared Accounts in order to make billing and/or account for customers print and copy usage easier.
To bolster our 3rd party integration options with PaperCut, our development team have been hard at work finishing our Cognito connector. Much like the Elite integration, this will allow you to automatically update PaperCut Shared Accounts with client details from Cognito.
