Our team are able to offer nationwide installation services and are on hand to help with large deployments or can be used as an added resource to your own existing installation service. Think of us as an extension of your own team, using our experience to create results.


Pre-Install Survey

Before any installation taking place, we ask that our online survey is completed. This survey is quite a thorough questionnaire that allows our install team to understand fully what the customer is looking to achieve. In addition, we can check on device compatibility prior to the install date as well as advising on any prerequisites that may be needed.

Our installers have both the knowledge and the experience of deploying software in locations ranging from small offices to large universities and everything in between.

Our team are PaperCut certified professionals, and we are also proud to have been the first organisation in the world to be PaperCut Cloud certified. With over 7000 PaperCut licenses sold within the UK and 100’s of years of industry experience within the team, we are confident and professional with a strong focus on doing the right thing for you.
After Care

After Care

We at selectec understand that sometimes an end user is not 100% sure of what they need the product to do until after it has been installed. It can be difficult to fully understand what rules to apply until a system has been used in earnest by the customer. Don’t worry we have this covered too, we are happy to provide a follow up support session with you and the customer to assist in setting up any rules or restrictions to achieve the customers goals.

We can offer our install service either on site or via remote software, using either GoToAssist from Citrix, TeamViewer or good old fashioned RDP, but can also use any other system that suits the client. Advances in software and copier SDK’s mean a lot of work can be done from afar to make rolling out software a breeze.
