Once installed, Presto quickly becomes a key part of any BYOD integration service and can add great value, for example, to a PaperCut install. More importantly for your customers, end users will be happy with a simple but powerful system.
Presto works with iOS, Android, and Chrome OS to offer a genuinely easy to use solution for your mobile printing needs. It provides not only a standardized experience across all platforms but also offers a comfortable and familiar user experience no matter what mobile device is being used.
Presto is a robust solution for enterprise mobile printing. Presto integrates with a corporate network’s DNS servers leveraging one-of-a-kind cross platform technology. Presto works the same across iOS, Android, and Chrome OS. Presto is the premier solution for mobile printing with Magic Queue (pull printing), QR Code Scan release, Printer Geolocation, Print Management Integration and more. Supported Client Operating Systems: iOS 8+, Android 4.4.2+, Chrome 44+.
With Presto, AirPlay is enterprise ready. Enterprise admin tools manage Apple TVs and AirPlay mirroring software like AirParrot and AirServer in campus and enterprise environments.
An industry first! Administrators can geolocate network services and users can discover and interact with services based on location.
Presto advertises web services on enterprise networks allowing administrators to control the visibility.
Users can print to the Magic (holding) Queue while anywhere in the world, can connect to the network and release all pending print jobs.
The Magic Queue is an on-device queue that allows users to “print” jobs locally to the device that can then be released to an actual printer at a later date. This is useful in a wide variety of different scenarios, not the least of which is when the user is not on a Presto-enabled network. The user can print to the Magic Queue, and then when back on a Presto enabled network, they can release the job to any printer they have rights to.
Presto automatically generates QR codes for each service. Scan the QR from the Presto app to interact with the service. Simply scan a service QR code to print, AirPlay or open a webservice.
Used in combination with the Magic Queue, QR code scanning can be a very efficient way to release jobs held in the device’s Magic Queue.
The Presto rules engine provides unprecedented capability for controlling the visibility of network services to mobile devices.
